Description

Climbing shrub or liane, often climbing high into the canopy of trees. Tendrils paired. Leaves variously elliptic, leathery, shiny green above, mostly glabrous; three-veined from the base. Flowers in axillary heads, yellow-green. Fruits yellow to orange, spherical, variable in size; larger fruits hard-shelled.
