Pycnanthemum incanum (Hoary Mountainmint) is a species of perennial herb in the family Lamiaceae. They are listed as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, and North America. Flowers are visited by Physocephala tibialis, Bicyrtes quadrifasciatus, Strangalia famelica, and Zethus spinipes variegatus.
