Dirca palustris (Eastern Leatherwood) is a species of shrub in the family Thymelaeaceae. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, and North America. Flowers are visited by Typocerus lugubris, Least Skipper, Trypoxylon tridentatum, and Corimelaena lateralis.
