Brassica nigra (Black Mustard) is a species of annual herb in the family crucifers. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Western North America. They have loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Osmia bicornis, Common Ringlet, Honey bee, and Bombus lucorumterrestris.
