Eriogonum longifolium (Longleaf Buckwheat) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Eastern North America, and North America. Flowers are visited by Augochloropsis sumptuosa, Four-toothed Mason Wasp, Sphecodes heraclei, and Lasioglossum nymphale. Individuals can grow to 0.2 m.
