Limonium carolinianum (American Thrift) is a species of perennial herb in the family Plumbaginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Hylephila phylaeus. Individuals can grow to 0.61 m.
