Sticherus bifidus (Mexican Umbrella Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Gleicheniaceae. They are climbers. They are native to SãO Paulo, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, Puerto Rico, Mata Atlântica, Espirito Santo, Paraná, Ceará, Pantanal, Distrito Federal, Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, and Bahia. They have pinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
