Adiantum macrophyllum (Large Leaf Maidenhair) is a species of perennial herb in the family Pteridaceae. They are native to Minas Gerais, Ceará, Acre (Brazil), Mata Atlântica, Puerto Rico, Amazônia, SãO Paulo, Roraima, Rio De Janeiro, Amapá, Alagoas, Bahia, Paraná, and Pernambuco. They have alternation of generations.
