Pileus thin, plane, umbonate, 18 mm. broad; surface white, rugose, margin sulcate: lamellae concolorous, thin, distant, adnexed, interveined: stipe concolorous, pulverulent, thin, 2.5 cm. long, 1-1.5 mm. thick.
Type I.OCALITY: Cuba.
Habitat: On dead wood.
Distribution: Known only from the type locaUty.
