Merulina triangularis is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN. Dead Merulina triangularis form shallow marine sediments. Merulina triangularis form marine reefs. Individuals can grow to 350 µm. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners.
