Madracis asanoi is a species of cnidarians in the family Pocilloporidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Madracis asanoi form shallow marine sediments. Madracis asanoi form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
