Dipsastraea danai (Milne Edwards & Haime 1857)

Dipsastraea danai is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Dipsastraea danai form shallow marine sediments. Dipsastraea danai form marine reefs. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
