Acanthastrea subechinata (Starry Cup Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Lobophylliidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Starry Cup Coral form shallow marine sediments. Starry Cup Coral form marine reefs. They have sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction.
